Manual patchers?
I haven't played MapleStory in ages and suddenly, I really want to play, however, I only have MapleStory on v141. Where can I find the manual patchers to get MapleStory up to date without having to download the whole game over again?

Just double click the game launcher and it'll auto patch all the patches and catch you back up. You'll need to load multiple times though since you're several patches behind.
