Noob Question About Chaos Scrolls
When using a chaos scroll of goodness, it says that the overall stats of an equip cannot decrease.
Does that mean that passing a chaos scroll of goodness, some stats can still decrease, or will every stat increase/stay unchanged.

No stats can decrease Im pretty sure. I think its just the wording
With chaos of goodnesses, every stat will either remain the same or increase. Unless it booms.
