@x1mmortality Yeah I forgot they removed 4th tier in GMS cause of hacking and duping and what not. KMS has it still is all lol. But yeah an Egged HTP would be worth more than that pendant you just got.
@Engage There is no 4th potential tier for items over level 120 anymore and RSPs would make the cut lol. CHTPs, egged with rare pot is max in Scania. But, a 9%Luk HTP is cheaper lol
You got a fair deal. Though, you should have haggled a bit.
Imo its only worth about 1-1.2

Could of got yourself a Horn Tail or Chaos HT pendant that's fully egged for the cheaper price, and still got yourself more attack, and a higher tier potential.
