Its not hard too make something work 100%... like buying something from an NPC, you buy it and you get it... 100%. If there is no programming for it to have any chance to fail, there's no way it will fail.. all the people who believe this, try it out. It will never fail, its 100%.

about a month ago i bought 10 pinks (50%) and 10 ws. i used all of them but none of them worked. i was so mad o.o

Nah. If fused tons of rare+rare and i have to say i got an item without potential out of like, one out of 25 fused. I also fused an epic+epic and it came out rare.

I don't have a screenshot or video proof or anything, but I tried scrolling a VIP 1H Axe with a GM 1H Axe Scroll that I got from Golden Temple, and the scroll ended up failing. I triple checked to make sure it was a 100% and it was.

Note: This is before I had any diligence, therefore I had no Scroll Mastery % from it.

Sorry that I cannot provide proof and that it's hard to believe what one person says, but it personally happened to me so I am going to believe that 100% scrolls are not truly 100% success rate.

x^2 = xy
x^2 - y^2 = xy - y^2
x + y = y
2y = y

However, the obvious misstep here is dividing by 0, (x-y), because x=y

I'm pretty sure if you have a Dilligence that gives % on scrolling the 100% won't exactly be 100% anymore.

Well i've used more than 500 gm scrolls and blue 100% scrolls in my whole maple career and i've never failed a single scroll. I've used around 50 adv pot scrolls and never failed any.

I fused 2 epic lv 31 sneakers and got 1 rare sneaker. Do you have any proof of what you're saying, or is it just a one time experience?
Also, to others, the potential+ potential fusion is not 100% even though it says it should be. From my experience it seems more around 90-95%

It might be only 95% , as far as i know for top tier item's crafting , even with lv 10 professions.If you see your "recommended" stuff on your profession's tab
you will alsos ee the 95% chance , would be so easy if it was 100% , that would be not fun , hehe.

Overall , alot of trolls , fail Thread , you cant fail a100% scrolls , unless you make a vid a prove , no proof , no truth and therefore you cant fail a 100% scroll yet
unless you got glitched or something but its not what nexon intended to do , i know they arent that good with programming , but also not that bad.

in my opinion, it maybe possible to fail blue 100% ones. just MAY BE. But failing 100% pot, shielding ward etc, even GM scrolls are troll.

Good job with your math... 99.99 + .1 does not equal 100, it equals 100.09. Last time i checked percents are not out of 100.09

I'm pretty sure nexon coded it to be 100%. It's too simple to code it.
For scrolling they probably use the random function, and choose a cut-off number to get a %.
For 100%s, they don't use such function, and simply carry out the method for giving bonus to an equip.
