nexon hasnt forgotten me

...for the 16th time. i keep getting that automated message, and they've had a ticket surplus since, like, 2 years ago. i originally sent a ticket about getting hacked and getting items stolen, but it seems like they put it off for so long, it doesn't even matter because by that time, i would have already acquired more equips to replace the stolen ones.

i wonder if this is all part of their plan...
