Mihile as a pre-lvled character?
For the pre-lvled character event, it cannot be used on cygnus knights, among others. Mihile is a cygnus, so it cannot be used for this event, right?
Also, for classes that can be used, can you use the card on chars that are already created, or do you create them using the lvl card?
