Lvl 100 Lumi, where now?
So I've come back to MS after not playing for a long time, and decided to take advantage of the 'burning character' event and get a newb lumi I had to 100. Where do I train now? There's been so many iterations of changes since I last played that I never know if the guides i'm looking at are outdated or not.
Also, where can I train a 140 evan?
Both chars for solo and party play.

Idk for your evan but, since your lumi is 100 you do get the frozen gear. It's pretty decent until you get some better gear
Level 100 - 140: RnJ PQ or Monster Park Extreme if you can get some people together.
Level 140 - 165: Dimension Invasion (DiPQ)
If you're not funded you'll need gear, perhaps use your Maple Guide and go to one of the recommended maps to find the equipment that's right for your level.
