Assuming you don't have proper SI:
Partisan > Fuscina > Agares Bloody PA/ Fearless Diesra/ Abyss Diesra/ Victor VL > PSB > Glaive
Chuck the spears that have their speed changed to be above the glaive, possibly PSB.
We don't know if Nexon will change VIP spears to Normal(6) seeing as kMS doesn't have VIP weapons.
Since there is a revamp that increases spear speed, the best choices would be Partisan, Fuscina, VIP spear, Agares, etc.
