Workout schedule for a 15 year old.
So basically, now that summer school is over i'll have a bunch of time on my hands. I currently have a membership for the YMCA, and i was just wondering
if anyone could suggest a good workout for a 15 year old.
I'm looking to basically get more muscle on me. I weigh around 140 pounds, and i'm fit enough.
Also, working out every day is bad right?
So would working out 3 times a week be better then 2 ?
Edit : Im a boy , haha.

@ above thanks , and also thanks Puzzless
I'd recommend you have 2 rest days.
I started working around a year ago and I'm not that bulked up right now, but i could tell you that working out everyday strained me. I couldn't even pour some milk in a cup without being in pain. Have 2 rest days. Don't have them in a row. Maybe like 2 workout days and 1 rest day.
@ above , uh what are Bb rows and dips? Also.. i didnt get anything from your two sentences after except, up the weight alittle bit. What're power cleans ? O.o
Also, i tried to google workout schedules, but they're all so confusing, using workout terms that i dont know
Im a guy , sorry forgot to mention that hahaha .
I see, well then i guess i'll work out 5 times a day. And yeah i know that, there's alot of cardio involved
girl or boy?
Well apparently, working out every day will strain your muscles too much.
Why is working out everyday bad?
