Maplestory not working

so i posted a thread about this yesterday but none of the options seemed to work.
yesterday i disconnected from maplestory for some reason and now when i try go back on via gamelauncher the patch screen will come up and when i press play itll just go away without anything happening i have also tried loading maple using there web site aswell but no result either

has this happened to any other mapler ?

also i have tried

1. Restart your computer.
2. Restart your modem.
3. If you have another laptop or desktop with maple on it, try load it on there. Ignore this next part if you don't have another computer to do so. If maple doesn't load on there either, this means its your internet (assuming both computers were on the same internet) and you can start looking at things such as firewall. Make sure your internet firewall allows programs you choose, or is off (not recommended but temporarily to test launching Maple again). If maple does load on another computer, next step.
4. Try disabling any anti virus software you have briefly, launch maple, if it still doesn't work turn it back on.
5. Click the Start button.
Enter cmd in the Start menu search field.
Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
Type the following command and press Enter: ipconfig /flushdns
If the command was successful, you will see the following message:
Windows IP configuration successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache. Try launch Maple again.
6. Run "patcher". Located in your Maple install directory.
7. Wait a couple hours (sometimes works!)
8. Redownload maple (or clean install if you have a recent installer).

thanks to the help of @Goatsauce

yes i even redownloaded haha but please can someone help me get back onto maple thanks in advance
