Little siblings Tt

So I have a little brother, he's 13, and he's sooo spoiled.

He has had straight F's (with the exception of a few d's and c's here and there) for the past 2 years. He doesn't bath, he doesn't keep his room clean and he is probably the biggest crap talker in the family. My mom is (seemingly) oblivious to all of this and gives this kid everything. We're only a $50k-$60k a year family and in the past month he's gotten $300 in clothes, a new 40 inch flat screen and $300 in shoes.

Usually this doesn't bother me, but today I asked him to chip in on buying a new game that we all wanted. He refused, so I then told him that he didn't have to chip in but he had to go buy the game... he said no. So I, obviously, told him he couldn't play. He then calls my mom, who says he can't play since he didn't help get it and he was already grounded... 2 hours later this mofo is playin' the game on his new flat screen and i'm getting in trouble T_T

If you didn't read that: Annoying sibling, super spoiled, mom's oblivious. Can any of you relate, or at least help me figure out which country would give me the most money if I wanted to sell him lol.
