Kill steal only warrants a 3 - 7 days banned according to their ToS, so best to wait for nexon reply (probably a few months at least lol)

You probably don't buy enough NX or have enough guild buddies to stick up for you when you're clearly in the wrong.

Submit a ticket.
In 6 months to 2 years, you ticket shall be a work in progress.
Then you have a 50/50 shot on being unbanned. Nexon <3

@DVecc1217 exactly, so why would he suggest it as one of the reasons she would be perm banned. It's ridiculous. If they were to perm ban for that, half of the GMS population would be gone, and yes a private instance for LHC would be so much better.

Auto-ban is one thing, Perm-ban is another. If you were permanently banned, that means a GM caught you hacking. I doubt that, if you were permanently banned, that they will let you appeal for it.

Please understand some of nexons rules before telling someone they could have gotten perm ban for doing one of them when they can't.

Honestly, spam them with tickets. Mine was unread for 3 weeks. Yesterday, I sent them 3, really giving them a piece of my mind, and I got response in under 24 hours.

Same thing happened to me like 3 weeks ago. I logged a ticket and was finally unbanned today. Ignore people like @KillerCombo who can't see that Nexon does indeed makes mistakes, just like anyone or anything else.
