i have 100 dilegence and out of all the 20 occults they have all passsed so afar

I got told from a guildie that the diligence trait boosts the success by the percent your diligence gives.
For example:
Occult Scroll 90% + Diligence Lv100 (+10% Success) = 99% Success Rate (Because 10% of 90% is 9 so it adds 9%)

So... if I had diligence maxed out and I used the lucky day scroll, the scroll wouldn't blow up my item?

I can't test my theory since I don't have my diligence maxed out.

I think it works like the 90% Red weapon scrolls that turn it into 100% with a lucky day

The first occult scroll I have ever used, it blew up my overall. I was upset.

Assuming from the comments so far, I think it's safe to conclude that it does make it a 100%.

Well, if you have level 100 Diligence, you might not need a Lucky Day Scroll. I've passed about 60 or so of the 90% Occult Scrolls from the Gollux Shop with maxed Diligence without any fails thus far, so I do believe Diligence's 10% Scroll Success at max level is being applied.

If I had enough gollux coins, I would try it out.
If your item has a lucky day scroll applied to it, you should be able to use the scroll and the lucky day effect will be used?

Yes.

Enchantment scrolls and potential scrolls do not work with it.
