not all the classes only resistance, adventurers, evans can. I think some cygnus k if they have the rite skill but arans cant activate the 3 sigil =(. Im not sure about db

My Evan does the sigils all the time and I've been on many CWK PQs with only Mechs for Pirates and they did all the sigils. xD
