You won't be able to extend the duration or lower the cooldown of hyper skills, so this means perma-10 sec asura

@Hexxxx: To answer both your questions.
1. He was saying that because there were typos like the 10% MP that the sentence about how hyper skills could not be augmented by buff duration or cooldown reduction could also be a typo.
2. 10% HP

The difference is that while that is most likely just a typo, NO WHERE in KMS did they limit what affects the duration of hyper skills and the length of cooldowns, so tell me how exactly could this be a typo?

It isn't that big of a deal, Final Cut will still be affected by buff duration even if the hyper skills are not. Calm down!
