@Amorous: The problem is...honor pts tiers up and down while Nx circulators only tiers up.

Ive found that resetting via honor points has a higher chance to yield lower tier IA (rare and epic) than nx circulators.

If you want to be more efficient, use NX circulators to legendary -> keep going till u get a good line and proceed to use the honor to lock until you get a decent 2nd and mediocre 3rd line.
I have 20%boss, 5% drop rate, and 7 dex 4 str on mine through this method

Thanks for the answer. Back then I only did Azwan on my Phantom, I think I ended up with 2 high tiers stat but I am not sure. I didn't know that the revamp would have changed it into like this. I saved up many Circulators and couldn't use them anymore after the patch (when they removed all the circulators and let us use 1 type of circulator to reset).

So right now with this IA system the most top line gives the stat according to your IA rank and the 2 other lines are stats from RARE rank? They always seems so low, I wouldn't mind to get stats from UNIQUE rank, anything better than RARE.

@Hualicious: When I got AS+1, it was before Unleashed came out. I farmed my Honor Level to 30, then used Circulators until I managed to get AS+1 on my second line.

Then, when the Inner Ability system got revamped to the point where you can use Honor Points to lock lines and rank, I did a few resets, locking my rank and AS+1 line along the way, and got Attack +30.

Yes.

Like I was saying before, it is impossible to get +1 atk speed on any other line except the first one as of now. So looking at a pre-revamp screen and saying "Well they did it, so I can too" is just being misinformed.

But the question is: Did these people with high tier stats on 2nd and 3rd line on Legendary rank had them before the revamp? What I am thinking is if someone had 3 bad stats at S rank but kept them until the revamp, which turned all three the lines into high tier lines. From there on you can keep reset for other high tier stats?

The max attack speed you can reach as a NL is green pot + decent SI.
+1 atk speed and any other speed buffs won't benefit you if you already have those two things.

If you don't already have 100% crit, then aim for crit rate. If you have 100% crit rate, then go for % boss or attack is fine I guess.

Actually you can get +1 atk speed on line 2 but it would have to be before they revamped the IA. But as of now, no you cannot get +1atk speed besides on first line.

Boss, attack, and attack speed +1 are all good. Unique is pretty easy to get, you should be able to get it with 55k. Don't lock it though, let the rank up chance stay.

Should I go for unique and scrap the 12 attack>?

im not sure if attack speed is that important. i like to have % drop rate since all i do is boss. once you start bossing % drop is more useful
