collect MPE tickets daily on all characters between 100-140 even if you don't play them. You'll have a ton of tickets for MPE pots. Personally I always end up having way more tickets than I need by 140. Had to keep suiciding to lose exp so the tickets won't go to waste. Lots of pots and greed pendant.

I guess, because they give 25k exp per kill. MPE can give you more, but it's a good alternate (1 plat)

Bains at armory (showa town) are real good if you have the range.

Maybe the new starforce maps? someone needs to make a new leveling guide in youtube, all the current ones are outdated.
