Amended my query, thank you.
I don't count on Nexon reimbursing me. That is why I'm asking. I tested the 70% potential scrolls
because they removed the destruction text, and they did indeed destroy my item.

False statement. Not only have there been documented cases where it was given back in this exact situation, but if she had her badge before the beast tamer patch then she can re-do the quest line and get another one.
if there the hot time ones/ appreciation event ones, no they do not destroy your item
just buy cheap ones in the fm1
if it doesn't say it does and it does destroy it, Nexon will not reimburse you
