I made this dagger with a lot of luck on my side. Took a total of 6 Premium cubes, and 5 reg cubes to get those stats starting from 2 line rare. It gained 2 atk on 1st lvl up, 1 atk on 2nd, and 2 atk on 3rd. Pretty good so far. Gonna 10% and WS it.

To update you guys, so far I've used 51 whites and 51 10%s, 4 have passed so far. Its 136 atk right now and its green.
It turned unique on like one of the reg cubes or something.
Lol wow mine started out with 111attack like yours did, but mine didn't gain any attack with levels.
My potential is almost the same too but instead of 9% magic I have 6% magic. o-o

dagger 50% is very expensive 1-1.5b per scroll
