General

Probably the best one to use currently, assuming you cap all lines of every skill, would be a Shade.
Factors:
1) Bind
2) Spirit Claw + Extra Strike <- with SI and other attack modifiers can be lethal, and it has an AMAZING attacking range.
3) The unique Soul Splitter is no less than a skill THAT DOUBLES YOU DAMAGE OUTPUT, meaning every line you hit 50m would be 100m instead. (so 9 lines, become 18 lines instead. 50 x 18 = 900m per attack, AND THAT IS SPAMMABLE, FAST PACED ATTACK).

Shade would be ripping 900m's out of the opponents every time they attack, and speed modifiers are easy to get nowdays (Battle mage and zero are here for you).
Using Heroic Memories, it becomes 990m per attack.

4) Spirit Bond Max.
5) Shade is protected from a single death (even if by chance, that's AWESOME).

Yep. It's who spends the most NX on the damn class, people have yet to realise that.. As what MrSinDeath19 said.
No class is "strongest" until you spend thousands on cubing..

There are classes that are good at certain things and bad at others, you need to specify what you want to do with your character before we can tell you what to pick.
