It's there on bannedstory. The only problem with bannedstory is they don't change the file name so the hair/face you're looking for is most likely to be <unnamed> or a bunch of numbers.
Updating bannedstory takes some time and effort, give it some weeks or months until they update it, I'd assume the person who runs it waits until we get a few patches to do bulk updates.
