It's my personal opinion that Damage Skin aren't worth it cause you'll change it sooner or later every event. If it's your jam to change it every event, do it.

theyre permanent in your inventory as well as when applied.
once you use it, for sure. I don't know if they have any like "use within 90 day" thing before u double click on the coupon
All damage skins are permanent after using them.
