no, if u go to lhc at a time where its not crowded, high lvs will accept any1, just to make the party full of 6. If not, grind at romeo and juliet pq.
Get Hookups, pay for leach at lhc
find a good guild and try asking them!

I personally grinded up to 120 through MPQ... it's really good EXP especially with the 1.5x coupons

Roid Grind in MPQ. Everything else sucks.
DGP, Gigantic Spirit Vikings, Grim Phantom Watch, or Kents would be my guess for those levels.
