I think they are aware of these new items but they are talking about 'common' equipments, not locked to a specific class.

There aren't any tradable common Lv120+ Gloves. There also isn't any tradable common 120+ Hat (For Decent AB and Door if you were looking at that as well). I really wish there was a Lv120 set that was common and tradable (even if they had really bad stats).
Violet snow shoes drop from gunboss in showa pretty often.

Before Pensalir came out, there were no freely tradable 120+ gloves period.
