i did a succesful mount cancel a few times and the speed difference was EXTREMELY SIGNIFICANT but i couldnt seem to replicate the effects

gms has delayed the skill so mount cancelling will just make it slower. Only work for kms. Alothugh in gms its good for nautlius strike

Mount cancelling for such short-delayed skills is not practical or takes longer than just simply spamming the skills.
[b]Especially[/b] with the pink bean statues... Idk how someone can jump+atk+mount cancel+repeat constantly enough to match or beat the speed of just spamming bucc blast.

Only good thing about mount canceling is it lets you run away mid-blast. NOTHING ELSE.
Mount canceling obviously makes you slower in attacking.

All these people saying mount canceling is good only watched ONE KMS video and think they're pros and know everything. They didn't even grab a GMS bucc and compare face to face, if they did compare, they wouldn't be posting.

And if you macro your blast, it could hinder your jump blasting.

Make use of every single chance you have to speed up the rate at which you deal damage, it makes for quicker training. Anyone that says 'it's not slow' needs to take a good look at how long their character takes to cast that skill, with all possible Buccaneer buffs.

What is the actual way of doing it? Do I bucc blast, then mount, mount bucc blast?

Yeah, it didn't see slow at all in the first place so I didnt even do the mount cancel.
