Soaring Mount for Beginners

There's going to be a new skill for Level 120+ people that allows your mount to fly. It says that some current mounts and some new mounts are able to fly. Perhaps we can get one of these new mounts and fly around?
Edit: Things are looking good.. We could maybe get an expiring mount and turn it into a permanant skill?

10/30 of the mounts we can get from Gachapon can be used for Soaring Mount. About a 5/30 chance factoring in the fact that you can get 90 day ones.

We'll have to get a flying mount from gacha thingy (pegasus) and then learn the skill.
We really should be allowed to get normal adventurer mounts. I don't see why we shouldn't. I might submit another feedback ticket about it.
