This is a long over due collaboration that I did with @got2smilee:. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!
At first it was difficult figuring out what we were going to, who would do what, how will the styles match up and so on. We all had different ideas and our interests were almost opposite! So we drew a town on Maplestory that housed two very different communities, Magatia.
We broke the frames up into three and split the collab down the middle. I was more interested in tech and darkness while she was interested in the fantasy and brighter realm. Everything to the left was drawn and colored by @got2smilee: while everything to the right was drawn and colored by myself (This includes the top frame which is also spilt down the middle).
The top frame was the most difficult because we didn't want the styles and color change to be drastic so we both drew from the same reference at the same time. Communication was key to this collab! I had to teach myself how to color and I couldn't have done it with out my partners guidance! We were always on the same page and constantly tag teamed random sections of the drawing.
This drawing was created in three days (Basic sketches, Line art, coloring)
I can say for a fact that we will be doing more collaborations in the future! =]

This is seriously one of the BEST artwork I've ever seen on Basilmarket.
Not only is the skills presented on it superb, but it also tells a story, which most drawings on basilmarket lack.
Romeo's bottom is either deflated, or he had work done on one cheek o.o, good drawing though.
