I used quicksilver concentrate all the way to 4th. I found that the consistent crits and that added accuracy really helped me train on monsters that were higher level than me.

I used Quicksilver Concentrate for both 2nd and 3rd jobs.

Quicksilver Concentrate.
Not really used in 4th job, but a good one to use mainly in 3rd job.
