Same answer that is given to people who are unfunded and ask this question. Cap at what you feel you'll be able to make up for in funding. You do know that you don't have to have the funding right when you cap right? Look at my 120 BM for example. I capped my STR at 50 when I had literally 15m mesos on me. Now I'm wearing a Nisrock (110 bow) and have the range of a 127-130 BM because of funding. Just plan out what you want to be at, then work at it. You may be weak now, but you'll get there in time
