I saw this list on north perry
Unique primary:
Increase str % (job adv range*3)
Increase dex % (job adv range*3)
Increase int % (job adv range*3)
Increase luk % (job adv range*3)
Increase accuracy % (job adv range*3)
Increase avoidability % (job adv range*3)
Increase all stats % (job adv range*2)
Increase weapon att % (job adv range*3)
Increase magic att % (job adv range*3)
Increase critical rate % (job adv range*3)
Increase damage % (job adv range*3)
Ignore defense (30%) - requires level 50
Increase boss damage % (20) - requires level 50
Increase boss damage % (30) - requires level 50
Are are these the only stats you can get on the unique tier?

No, you can get all of them except Boss Damage (and maybe ignore defense), they are just a lower percentage.
