I was feeling bored so I went to photoshop and randomly doctored an equip inventory setup featuring all the equips I can dream of having in the future. My photoshopping skills are quite lacking at this point in time (I just took the item pics from basil/hiddenstreet and pasted them onto the empty inventory template) and I haven't learnt how to "scroll" an equip yet (aka put the glowing thing). But other than that, there are some factual errors, for example, I don't know if the pet inventory should look like this or feature the multipet inventory. Another thing, I drew the potential border on the Empress shoulder but I'm not actually sure if Empress shoulders can be potential'ed.
The inventory looks a little different from the one in GMS because I actually play MapleSEA, so I used the template of an equip inventory from MSEA. (And yes I was initially intending to use one of those LGRs to replace the tempest ring but MSEA doesn't have them so yeah)

Nice stuff .
The scroll effect can be achieved quite simple. Most of the images you used already include alpha(transparency).
My approach would be duplicating the item layer and adding an Outer Glow effect with the desired color tone, and a slight blur on the layer. The glow layer must be below to appear as if it's a glowing aura type of effect.
Pretty sure you can achieve the same effect through other means and ways, but that's a simple one you can experiment with.
I wonder how much all those items would be worth.

you forgot to add a second slot for pendant so that way you can add two pendants at the same time using NX.
