Multi pet quest help
So I know I'm supposed to talk to the trainer at the bottom of the pet walking place and then go up the jq to the other trainer and click on the basket to get the hidden letter, but there's nothing there... I'm clicking all around, but there's no letter. Was it moved? o.o Glitched?

I did it on another character like 6 months ago, so I know what to do, but there's nothing to click ;-;
I've tried it many times. Still not there. Oh well
