Maybe hes going to kill King Clang for a "rare" item he drops hint hint*
go to nautilus harbor, walk all the way to the right, go through all the portals and talk to this guy wering blue, he'll make you pay some mesos to get to florina beach, but all the monsters there are REALLY weak, probably WAY TOO low for good exp at your lvl.
Go to Nautilus, keep going right through the training areas, reach an NPC at the last area who will bring you to Florina for 5k.
