I'm currently a lvl 121 Paladin. I'm on the Black Kent. King part, but it won't unlock & it says it's for lvl 119. What's wrong ?

Okay I got it now. I just came back from a year break & it seems like they revamped the Silent Crusades again. Didn't see the prequests, I see it now ;D
You have to finish all the storyline quests.
