Does Clean Slate affect Enhancement?
I bought a tyrant cape with 2 failed slots that has 5 stars. I'm wondering that if I use clean slates on it, will the stars be removed or anything?

@itoldyounoob: As you said, you must be incredibly lucky or have the funds to CSS/Innoc/MChaos over and over again. I do believe what I said is better for someone with not so much funds, please, correct me if I'm wrong.

That's debatable, if youre incredibly lucky you can land potentially another 10 att or more ( with all 4 slots ) onto ur tyrant, which will make a difference.

No, you will regain the slots, EE will not be messed with. Also, it's better to not waste css on a tyrant, they get godly via EE and not scrolling.
