If you want ABSOLUTELY perfect, 20%s and procs and WS it.

Two-handed 50s and white scrolls are the way to go, or the 20s from the renegades, which might be cheaper but you need to farm the coins.

50% pinks + WS. No other easy way. Other option is to use ward+WS+20%'s but that's just expensive.

i just bought my empress dbg too. i used a 60% scroll and it failed
im not scrolling it now , and decided to take my sweet time to use Ws/50% scrolls and stuff. 1 slot gone qq. I want it back
but lesson learned ;3

Firstly, $300 isn't exactly a lot. Just saying.
But maybe that's because you're looking at ones with 256 attack and insane potentials, which is what you don't need.
Maybe a 17x-18x attack empress with a decent pot maybe.

@nhan1st I'm pretty sure they do exist at the npc's now. The best way are renegade scrolls (which you have to farm coins for), 50%'s + ws/pam's song, 20%'s+shielding wards+ws/pam's song.

use the 40% renegade scrolls those are the cheapest

There is no gms dual bow scrolls. The cheapest way is to use 50% + ws.

I used 50% 2H scrolls and WS to perfect my Empress DBG. Cost me like 4b in scrolls

I would use 50% pinks+ws/cs
20% renegade scrolls+cs
40% renegade+cs/ws+protect scrolls

1) wait till pams song comes back.
2) buy a few.
3) buy protection scrolls.
4) buy 20%'s.
5) pray
6) scroll.
