Compensation Package a question of life or death
ok... so i was hacked about a month ago around the time when the mts leak happened.
i lost all of my equips, items, and etc except for those which were untradable.
the hacker also took all of my mesos. but none of my characters were deleted.
see, at that time, i didnt bother sending a ticket to nexon because i heard a lot of people say that it takes nexon FOREVER to reply and that its usually useless.
but now people are saying that nexon is giving out compensation packages to hacked players! now im totally regretting not sending a ticket at that time.
my question is that if i sent a ticket to nexon now, would they still provide me with the package?
should i bother sending a ticket now?
and if so, what should i include in the ticket?
please dont troll on me, i really just want to know

would it be considered as proof? since nexon wasnt giving out compensation packages then, why would i bother making a fake "i just got hacked" thread, right?

Well, people were right in telling you that Nexon takes forever to respond to tickets. I got hacked around Christmas time last year and sent in my ticket that day. I got a message from them last week saying they finally looked at my ticket after months of generated messages telling me to be patient. Just do your best to explain your situation and hopefully they'll understand.
@kramsterz: It'll be harder to prove then i suppose. I mean you might have gotten your friend to just hold your items while you'd pretend to run around in distress. Submissions of tickets should be done ASAP after a hacking incident, to minimize such errors
im making the ticket im gonna send now. what do i write in the "Last Login Date Before Loss" if i cant really remember the date. all i know was that it was the same month i got hacked

Many ppl are lying and nexon cant solve REAL problems
yeah, i really want the nx since where i am, there arent any nexon cards being sold. and those equips could be really useful
just send it in try just in case
Just send a ticket... if you get it, you get it.
If you don't you might get it later.
People with tickets that are years old are only getting it now..

But I think you still have a chance, nexon hasn't shown any signs of recanting on the compensation packages yet. If you're desperate enough, go ahead and try. Doesn't take much effort to type up a ticket anyway. Just make sure you make it formal and not lyk3 d1s.
