Evan is really good at training, It trains faster than any other mage besides luminous. fp and il need way more funding to kill drill hall mobs nearly as fast, neither fp or il mob well, and il mage only hits 5 mobs until level 187. IL and FP both train really slow when compared to non mage classes or evan and luminous. Even bishop trains way faster than fp and il and kanna might too with enough funding.

Evan and fp are at least really good at bossing, there really is no reason to play IL mage unless you just really like the class.

@ColdFridge 500k range isn't 1shotting mobs on il or fp. Evan with that gear would be close though and train way faster. It isn't hard getting 200 with 500k range on fp or il but like half the mages would get 200 a lot faster. Also he might be planning on training after level 200. 500k range is probably average in scania with the cheap nebs and gears. I messed up staying in kradia lol...

If you have the funds to get a 500k range, why would you care about training speed?

For training: Evan > I/L > F/P

Evan has a long range on flame wheel which is great at some places like SDH. However their teleport still sucks (or did they change it yet?), so mobility is affected. However, they have dragon blink which is nice.

I/L is great for training too because of glacial chain which has long range and pulls mobs towards you. Also, they have frozen orb which can be cast on one platform while you spam chain lightning on another platform. They have the best teleport in the game (freeze trail, jump tele, long range, damage with tele). I honestly think it is better than lumi's teleport in training purposes. Also, their hyper lightning orb is a great mobbing skill on maps with a large amount of mobs.

F/P is good at training too, but worse than I/L and evan imo. Exploding mists to kill monsters is a waste of time instead of just spamming paralyze. They are not as versatile and mobile as I/L when training.
