mage question

so i know theres a million threads with this same question.

im waiting for blaze wizard because it looks like a mage i will really enjoy it.

my question is. should i play my lum thats 210 or my explorer mage (I/L at the moment)

to pass time

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It gives PDR and acts like ele reset. In any case, if lumis do get nerfed in the future, they deserve it tbh..

@duriel123: Alongside PDR, Arcane Pitch should also provide resistance ignore rather than elemental reset. My skill tool tip states that it "ignores enemy resistances". That should include all resistances which seems to be true since it greatly bolsters my damage on bosses after cast; it seems to achieve the same effect as elemental reset.

Doesn't Arcane Pitch give PDR or something? I'm pretty sure it doesn't go through physical resistance.

Aside from that lumis also have an elemental reset; it's called arcane pitch (4th job).

At that point its really about preference and which one you have more fun playing. Lumi is supposed to get nerfed in the nearish future from what I hear I think? If you plan to boss at all before BW comes out I suggest the i/l just because elemental resist does a ton of work.
