Can't max Mille Cartes, it's at 14, is this a glitch?
Hey guys, a friend is playing Phantom, and apparently he can't max Mille Cartes (it's at 14). He has no extra SP and advanced and still no SP.
Has the skill build changed somehow, or is this just a really weird glitch?

Nexon increased Devil's Luck level from 5 to 10. Before this update, we've had 4 extra SP on our 2nd job skills.
The new build now is to leave Calling Card at 19/20.
