Question About Character-Card System

Hello people

It will take some more time, but eventually EMS will get the card system. So I'm collecting information already.
Saw the list on basil, but one thing did catch my eye:

Ice/Lightning M.ATK per level .5 +1 +1.5 +2

Does this mean having an lvl 200 I/L gives u 400Matt boost? (200 * 2)

Seems OP to me

@Revuln: That's what I'm explaining. It's not giving a multiplier to your attack. It's adding a flat number to your weapon/magic attack range. So like he said in his example, if your magic range was 4,000 ~ 5,000. Having the level 200 character card would change your range to 4,400 ~ 5,400. Conversely if you range was really high like 100,000 ~ 120,000, it would just change to 100,400 ~ 120,400.

Nope, it's +2 added to your range for each level your i/L gains.
Ie: level 200 i/L x2 = 400 added to your range.
30000-40000 becomes 30400-40400

@ox0Shad0w0xo: I don't think it multiplies your range, that would be a little high. I think mainly there is a certain percentage of it that is given to the attack range.

Edit : Not multiply your range, I mean multiply the amount of attack added to your range.

@vengeance251 @Revuln It's actually how Phoenixxll described it. It just adds the number to your range.A level 150 would get an extra 225(150*1.5) to their range, while a lvl 200 would get an extra 400(200*2). The same with the paladin character card. The buccaneer card, I believe, adds the number directly to your skill damage as opposed to your range.
Oh... I thought it'd be some kinda complex formula... then it just sucks honestly... LOL
LOL That's how I felt when I found this out. I was like..What it's that simple? -o-. But it's ok.. But 2 m.att I guess for free isn't bad o_o. Couldn't hurt your range, only help it. Unless you weren't a mage, then it's pretty useless x).

i think it jus adds 400 dmg into your range

like 4000 - 5000

then it's 4400 - 5400

(i could be wrong), i nvr bothered even thou i have a lv 200 I/L

Per level meaning B| A| S| SS
B-.5
A-1
S-1.5
SS-2
So having a level 200 would give you +2.

P.S I did not mean to spell ass up there. LOL It just happened.
