Anymore suggestions? And would it be weird if I were wearing a mystic or esther shield? Do people even hunt for those anymore?
I've always liked the dark mate and cursayer because they actually look like what I think of when I hear the word dagger.
For shields, I like khanjar since it looks like you're holding two daggers

I've always liked the Khanjar and the Dragon Khanjar. They both look good.
As for the Dagger: Cursayer, Liu Bei Sword, Pescas, Von Leon Dagger or Raven Horn Baselard. (I think Shads/DBs have the coolest-looking weapons.)

For shield I would saw stone shield that would be a sick combo
