Can someone explain the new inner ability system?
So if you have legendary, you have to spend nx to change it. Say if I have 2 lines, if I use an nx circulator, is the only available inner abilities legendary ones?

I would like to know this too. Is there any point to raising your Honor Level now, or is it only good for getting circulators when you level up?

Check the lightbulb quests on the left side of your screen. You should be able to unlock the other two lines.

because you didnt do the quests in the lightbulb to unlock them

What do you mean by based on character level now?
RARE / EPIC / UNIQUE rank's are obtainable from, and usable with REGULAR ABILITY CICULATORS (from levelling honor, boss drops)
EPIC / UNIQUE / LEGENDARY rank's are obtainable from and usable with CASH SHOP CIRCULATORS
REGULAR CIRCULATORS can raise or drop your rank.
CASH SHOP CIRCULATORS can only raise your rank.
once your innerability rank becomes LEGENDARY, ONLY CASH SHOP CIRCULATORS ARE USABLE.
Can someone confirm this?
Well when you get to 70, you get 3 slots. Idk for sure but i think nx circulator can move you down.
