Should I use nx circulators?
Right now I have 3 lines and is legendary, one line is attack speed +1. I currently have 25k nx I can use, how many possible legendary options are there and should I risk it?

Keep it. For some strange reason, Kaisers can bypass the speed cap of Fastest (2).
Has anyone tried the nx circulators? If so, how many did you buy and what were your results?
Kaisers hit speed cap with hyper(unless with fast sword)

I would pay through the nose for that IA. KEEP IT. The +1 Attack Speed actually helps with Kaisers. For some reason, we can bypass the speed cap.
6 Normal Speed
-2 from Blaze On
-2 from Morph Gauge/Transformation
-1 from Kaiser's Majesty
-1 from Inner Ability
0 Attack Speed = OP
Can still be boosted with Speed Infusion/Decent Speed Infusion.

i would recirc since atk speed +1 is useless for DB's, they hit speed cap with booster anyway

why not? o.O He's a DB, what does he need +1 attack speed for...?
Dual Bladers don't benefit from +1 attack speed, so keep going.
buff duration, boss dmg, attack are good ones
