I've seen 30+ attack belts with only 5 EE's though. = Clean, they only have 25 Att. (It had +7 on attack, only possible ways would've been EE's or MCS. :o)

If you have a unique pot scroll, then why not? Then wait for miracle time and legendary it that assuming your scroll works.

@Krytara: You can't really give advice to these kind of things. It's common sense. Yes, use the best chaos scroll you got and hope for the best. I suggest hammering it and chaos scrolling it until it increases attack because just a little bonus boosts it a lot when you enhance it. There's like a 40 attack+ difference if you don't increase attack before enhancing to 15 stars. I believe the first 5 enhancements increase stats only then attack, I'm not too sure. And yes, use a unique pot. I don't even know if that's a question, why would you not use it on a tyrant? You should have found out this information before you decided to buy a tyrant...
