Skyrim or Bo2?

So I have a $50 steam card and I'm torn between buying Skyrim which is on sale right now for $30 or BO2 when it goes on sale. BO2 will probably not go cheaper than $40, but you never know. I've already played Skyrim on the XBox, but never on the PC. Apparently it is much better. I've heard BO2 is sorta bad on the PC. What game should I get, and with the money left over, what else should I buy? I already have BF3, so I'm not short on an FPS.

I'd get skyrim, but it's mainly because I don't like CoD.

Skyrim because of mods.

It all comes down to your personal preference in games, really. However I'd say Skyrim because it guarantees you hundreds of gameplay hours, not even counting the current DLCs, and future DLCs. Plus you'd be getting it on PC, which allows you countless mods to make the game fun again once you've done everything there is to do.

BO2 is fun, I suppose, but to me it's like every other Call of Duty/FPS in general. It's fun for the first couple of weeks and then it just gets bloody painful to play. Maybe that's just me tho

EDIT: The easier bet tho for any PC game would just be to torrent it, as someone mentioned before. If you're not all high and mighty against pirating, it's definitely easier & cheaper lol. I use www.kat.ph for all my torrents and I have yet to not be able to find something that I wanted.
