Um the fastest way to get them for me is too do that first subani quest, do krexel, chars lvl 170+ do the sakura castle storyline in mush temple u get bonus potential scroll, adv pot scroll aee, and after finishing everything u get a daily quest which has a 15%~ chance for 1 ive gotten over 10 of them since finishing the storyline and i sell them for 20m-40m
One comes from the krexel prequest, along with a M.att version and two other shield scrolls.
