Okay, Firstly Yes, You'll only need approx 400k Range(Max number) to be capable of 1 hitting at lvl 177 for the Hitokiri Strike 95% Cooldown removed Hyper.
And It is possible to 1 hit with a 200k range @Mesmus, With Willow Dodge stacked up 5 times that's 6% x5 meaning 30% the extra damage.
Also @pokeystick1 I'm quite curious on what your range might be ;o If you don't mind sharing that info (:

the mobs have like 20 mil hp so as long as you can hit like a minimum of 2.5mil per line with Hitoriki then you should be fine

about 300k buffed,

A clean CRA gear wouldnt really be enough. My set is clean and I 1-3 hit those mobs with my hitikori spam (one shot because of the instakill effect). Plus my damage is around 170k and it still isnt enough to OHKO them. So I guess maybe do what @pokeystick1 said aha

@Mesmus: they are quite fast at leveling in stronghold but.. it's not like we can just hold down a skill. My fingers and forearms get tired after several hours of back and forth haha XD

I dont think anyone is capable of one shotting at SDH with 200k range o.o

Unless hayato is one of those classes that need godly equips to increase range...

get yourself some RA equips, some 6%+ str equips, a ton of link skills, a fafnir katana with pretty good atk and decent potential, some 5star+ novas, and a secondary with good pot. :] should get you to about 200k-300k range. I'm pretty sure I was able to one shot sdh mobs at 200k range.
