I soloed chaos horntail with 200k buffed so you definitely can

I have about a 360k range self buffed on my BM and I can solo CHT no problem, so I'd say you can too. Like people are saying watch out for the left head's DR. It might be slower but it has about a 5 second delay between skills, so I usually stop attacking at those intervals just to see if it's gonna use DR.

I've soloed Chaos Horntail once with half of that (When I had around 200k with my normal buff skills) and almost the same amount of boss damage and pdr. Too bad I got rekt by the left head's Damage Reflect when he was getting reeeally close to dying. (like, 10 or 5% of his health left I think). It took a while though, like around 10 minutes.

Easily. Just watch out for DR on the left head.

I dont know about mercedes. But with those stats you can.
