okay so last thread was about me getting blocked and nexon finally has contacted me. But i am a bit confused. I am not exactly sure how to pay them back. They are making me pay through Playspan because that is their credit card vendor, but i havent read an option on the site that says pay back or etc. can someone please help? what are the steps i have to take in order to know the amount i owe? ive emailed Playspan and hopefully they reply fast. heres the email
Greetings,

Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Billing Department. Our records show that Direct Credit Card payment(s) have filed a chargeback by the owner of the Credit Card. This results in a forced refund of the funds that were used to purchase NX on your account. Due to our strict no refund policy, any refunds will result in a permanent ban of the account. The ban on your account will remain until the funds are paid back.

In order to payback your account please contact our credit card processing vendor, Playspan. They will assist you in repaying the funds that are owed. You can contact Playspan by going here: http://store.playspan.com/support.

Once the balance owed is paid back, please notify us that you've paid the funds to Playspan. There may be a brief delay after you've repaid the funds while we verify that Playspan has received the payment. We appreciate your patience.

When we have confirmed that Playspan has received the funds we will unban your game account. Thank you.

Sounds like nexon doesn't want to give you your money back
